A unified protocol merging previous graduate school workflows with current postdoctoral procedures.

• Includes: Pre-op sterilization, anesthesia induction, stereotaxic setup, microdrive implantation, and viral injections.
• Key Source: Merged from Nick & Della’s protocols.

2. 📝 Surgical Record Template

The master log sheet for recording intra-operative data.

• Features: Fluid dosages, anesthesia monitoring logs, and coordinate mapping tables.
• Usage: Open on iPad/Tablet to write directly, or print to PDF.

🗂️ Logs

Access the central archive of all completed surgical records. This directory browser lists all signed PDF logs uploaded from the iPad, organized by project folders (e.g., SWR-VNS, Pilots). I’m keeping this updated for my own projects as a postdoc rather than projects I’m helping out with only. Other projects may have some files here saved but definitely not all. This starts from 2025-09. Ask me for the password if you want/need to view things!
